ProductsI bought a Thinkpad and a desktop from them. The Thinkpad had no problems; the desktop had a faulty CD-ROM drive which, after one phone call to a competent tech support guy, shipped in a couple days, no charge.
This product delivers sloppy, bloated code. While it may look ok on one version of Internet Explorer, it has errors and does not appear correctly in most browsers
This product has useless features, takes too long to load, produces large files for small documents, and is expensive, in labor and money.
This proprietary database system is too expensive, in time and money, and not really compatible with conventional databases.
All of these Office products can be realized for less time and no money. For word processing, spreadsheet, database, etc. products, go to OpenOffice.org. For database, try MySQL. For image enhancement, try the GIMP.
There are many open source and free applications one can use, instead of being locked into one format.
I had my whole house interior painted. The original owner didn't repaint and it needed it bad. Mike came in and knocked the whole job off, in a few days, as promised and on time. The jobsite was neat and professional at all times and a get it done right attitude was refreshing!
Dave came and, in a little more than a week, I had a beautiful fireplace.
I bought a desktop machine from them that arrived with a bad CD-RW drive. One call, a replacement arrive a few days later, set up to send the bad drive back. No problems at all!
